Cluster Human Resources Manager - 12 Month FTC

Location: Lancashire (Overseeing multiple hotel locations across the North West )

About the Role:

As the Cluster Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the HR function across several hotels, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience. You'll collaborate closely with the Group HR Manager and hotel General Managers to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, foster a strong company culture, and drive performance across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across all hotels within the cluster.
  • Support the Group HR Manager with HR project work and influence HR innovations across the group.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Lead training, learning, and development initiatives, driving engagement and performance.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
  • Champion the company's values and promote career growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in HR management with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Previous experience in hospitality (ideally hotels)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • A natural leader who can inspire and motivate others, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to travel between hotel locations within the cluster
