Contract Manager - Employment & Skills Sector

We are seeking a proactive Contract Manager to oversee and ensure that our employment support members are performing their duties effectively and receive the necessary support. This role is in high demand and has the potential to become a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing people and proficient in IT and spreadsheets, particularly for MI reporting.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of employment support staff to ensure they are fulfilling their roles effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to team members as needed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed MI reports to track team performance and other operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for all team members, offering guidance and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role within the employment and skills sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in IT, especially Excel for creating spreadsheets and managing MI reports.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and guidelines.
