HR Advisor

Sheffield

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office once passed probation

Full time and Permanent

Up to £35k.

As the HR Advisor you will deliver a professional and efficient HR advisory service to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish.

-Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters.

-Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective people practise.

-Review and improve policies and procedures where necessary.

-Create and implement appropriate action appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues and recommend corrective measures as and when needed.

We are looking for:

-Proven experience working as a HR Advisor with a generalist remit.

-CIPD Level 5 qualified.

-Excellent experience handling ER casework from start to finish.

-Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

-IT literate with experience using HR Systems.
