HR Advisor

Sheffield

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office once passed probation

Full time and Permanent

Up to 38k.

As the HR Advisor you will deliver a professional and efficient HR advisory service to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish.

- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters.

- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective people practise.

- Review and improve policies and procedures where necessary.

- Create and implement appropriate action appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues and recommend corrective measures as and when needed.

We are looking for:

- Proven experience working as a HR Advisor with a generalist remit.

- CIPD Level 5 qualified.

- Excellent experience handling ER casework from start to finish.

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

- IT literate with experience using HR Systems.
