Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.
  • Manage key stakeholders and managers with advice and guidance on ER related matters.
  • Train, coach and develop managers on all HR processes and procedures.
  • Support or Lead on annual projects focusing on enhancing ER processes and updated policies.

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience managing ER cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong Employment Law knowledge.
  • Very good communicator, both written and verbal.
