They have a great local reputation for their exceptional client service, and are expanding rapidly due to continued demand, providing tailor made, sector specific support to a variety of clients within Yorkshire.Your role will involve offering HR support for the companies diverse range of clients. This will involve creating and developing employee handbooks, ensuring policies are legally compliant, advising clients on application of HR policies, assisting with onboarding, and occasionally attending formal meetings and taking minutes. This role would suit an HR Advisor looking for a role where they can progress into running the HR function, be offered excellent training and work in a supportive business that cares about their staff.
