The key responsibilities for this interim HR Advisor role include:
- Providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Coordinating and conducting HR training sessions
- Contributing to the development of the HR department
- Managing employee relations issues
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Supporting recruitment efforts and onboarding process
- Participating in ad-hoc HR projects
Profile
The successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in HR advising within the public sector
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
