Morson are currently supporting a professional services organisation based in Sheffield who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their HR team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between £40,000 - £45,000 DOE. This is a regional role which will require travel to Manchester, Scotland, Sheffield, York and Newcastle - on average around 2 - 3 days per week. You will receive milage to compensate for this.
As a HR Generalist, you will be required to support across the entire employee lifecycle, including payroll.
The Role:
- ER case management
- Supporting across the recruitment and selection process
- Processing payroll
- Coaching and upskilling managers on a range of HR issues
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies
- First line HR guidance
- HR reporting
- Support with employee pension and benefits
- Policy enhancement
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Good employment law knowledge
- Proven experience of working as a generalist HR professional
- Access to your own vehicle for travel
