What you'll be doing

As one of our TA Specialists you will be responsible for engineering across 9 of our sites (including food for now and food for later) and CI for all our manufacturing sites

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of 10-20 jobs at any one time, from asset care technicians through to engineering site leadership.

Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Facilitating the recruitment process through job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and offering roles

  • Utilising a broad range of sources to identify and attract appropriate talent

  • Visiting sites across the UK to develop relationships with relevant stakeholders

  • Coaching hiring managers and HR teams on interviewing and candidates' assessment techniques

  • Completing Right to Work checks and creating offer letters

  • Gathering, inputting and maintaining candidate and recruitment data to ensure the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System, producing key metrics and providing talent acquisition management information reports where needed

As a TA Specialist in our team, you will have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Within this role, you will focusing on Engineering/CI recruitment but we don't require you to have recruited in this area before - just a willingness to learn the industry.

Your skills will also include:

  • Demonstrable experience within the recruitment process and practices

  • Experience of computer systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Comfortable collating and presenting data to support recruitment choices

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

We have a hybrid working environment, and you must be comfortable being on site for at least 3 days a week. Our TA team is based out of our Kiveton and Northampton sites, so we are looking for someone close to either of these locations.
