We are seeking a proactive and client-focused IT Account Manager to join our growing MSP team. In this role, you'll build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customised IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless service delivery
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
  • Lead contract renewals and drive client retention


Skills:

  • Excellent relationship-building and client management
  • Ability to understand and translate client needs into IT solutions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of managed IT services and industry trends


Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, IT consultant or similar role within an MSP or technical environment.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Solid experience using CRM systems and other account management tools
