ABOUT THE PROJECT
- Engineering and Platform Enablement is a global function within CTO. We are responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for number of critical products, engineering standards, engineering best practices across the organisation, as well as ensuring availability, recoverability, and security of our systems.
- We are looking for an experienced technical delivery manager who can manage multiple large scale, complex transformation deliveries, work with vendors, third parties and clients to integrate solution effectively, bringing technical and business team along the journey. Provide leadership, quality governance, technical steer, and timely delivery of the initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience of managing and delivering complex IT Programmes in a global organisation.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
- Proficient in Project Management Skills.
- Experience in setting up mission teams with geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience in delivering complex, large-scale projects with Global reach.
- Experience in navigating complex organisations.
- Experience in understanding / digesting complex technical issues rapidly and efficiently.
- Experience in directing cross functional technical teams.
- Highly desirable to have background in engineering and / or architecture.
- Be able to clearly convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge of Infrastructure components and technologies.
- Delivery knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficient knowledge of mobilising complex projects.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven Vendor Management Skills.
- Agile ceremonies and proficient in Agile tools.
