8 week Contract

We are currently working with a National of care provider who are looking for an Interim Support Manager for one of their Residential Homes in Sheffield.

This a great opportunity to support the Home Manager in the day to day operation of the service and deputise in their absence. You will be responsible in leading the care team ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of all residents.

To be considered for this great opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience as outlined below.

  • Experience within a similar role, or managing a team.
  • Possess strong leadership and management qualities.
  • Experience with CQC regulations.
  • Passionate about the residents in the home.
  • Experienced in developing care plans and auditing.
  • Proven experience supervising and supporting Care staff.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends.
