Ensuring it is optimised to support sales, marketing, customer services and the research department. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our CRM processes, improving data quality and driving automation to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of HubSpot, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve CRM processes, data accuracy and segmentation.
- Help shape CRM strategy in a growing, data-driven company.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation, customer engagement and reporting.
- Oversee the integration and organisation of research data submitted via CRM, enabling efficient tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Automate workflows, emails and customer touchpoints to enhance efficiency.
- Train and support internal teams on best practices for CRM usage.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM in a business environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, automation and reporting.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer services and marketing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support internal users.
