Elevation IT are looking to a recruit an IT Service Delivery Manager with a passion for delivering top-tier IT services in a fast-paced. We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee IT service operations, ensure client satisfaction, and drive service excellence.

As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing SLAs, ITIL processes, and service improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless IT support and service delivery for all clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery for multiple clients, ensuring high quality and consistent service
  • Manage SLAs, KPIs, and service performance, proactively addressing any service gaps
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with technical teams, engineers, and support staff to ensure efficient IT operations
  • Drive continuous service improvement, identifying areas to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Implement and enforce best practices in incident, problem, and change management
  • Manage service escalations, ensuring quick resolution and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Lead service review meetings with clients, providing reports and insights on IT performance
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client growth and retention

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT Service Delivery Management, preferably within an MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Excellent understanding of service management, SLAs, and IT operations
  • Experience working with technical teams in helpdesk environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service challenges
  • Experience with ITSM tools and reporting on service performance
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
