We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager (ITPM) with a strong background in IT Infrastructure. The role is responsible for successfully delivering technology projects, ensuring benefits realization, and driving process efficiency. The scope of projects may be global, spanning multiple business areas, and may involve standalone technology deliveries or broader change programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Manage the project approach, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, commitments, and effective change management.
  • Delivery Management: Collaborate with Technology teams to proactively balance scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communication, and financials.
  • Agile Implementation: Work closely with Product Owners to enhance productivity using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), including backlog management and dependency tracking.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce process discipline, aligning with security controls, technology architecture designs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring alignment with wider program objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, steering committees, and senior management, influencing decision-making to maintain project progress.
  • PMO & Best Practices: Support the development and execution of the Program Management Office (PMO) or Project Management Practice to drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong background in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
  • Expertise in Benefits Management, Project Financials, Governance, Risk/Crisis Management, Stakeholder Management, and Schedule Management.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and DevOps pipelines.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, global projects spanning multiple business areas.
  • Strong understanding of quality management, resource management, and scope/change management.
  • Ability to align projects with broader program objectives and organizational goals.
