Project Manager

Flexible hybrid working - 1/2 days in the office

Lynx Recruitment is currently working with a Consulting organisation, looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager.

This Consultancy combines its focus on helping companies with Business Change & transformation and a focus on Future technology/AI so the projects & Programmes you will be working on are very attractive and exciting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including team members and external partners.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project budgets, approve and track expenses, and report on financial status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage project schedules, identifying and addressing deviations to keep projects on track.
  • Handle change management by evaluating and accommodating changes in project scope and requirements.
  • Resolve project issues and roadblocks efficiently, keeping the project moving forward.
  • Evaluate team and project performance and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and records.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Delivery/Project Manager
  • A great communicator, able to foster strong working relationships with internal and client teams
  • Able to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Experience working within a Consultancy would be ideal but not essential
  • Degree educated within an IT or Business related field
