Responsibilities:

Serveastheprimarycoordinatorfordevelopingandimplementingprojectplans,timelines,andresourceallocationfordisasterrecoveryinitiatives.
Leadandmanagetheexecutionofdisasterrecoveryexercises,ensuringcomprehensiveplanning,execution,andevaluation.
Collaboratewithstakeholders,includingapplicationandinfrastructureteams,toalignrecoveryobjectivesandstrategies.
Identifypotentialrisksindisasterrecoveryprocessesandimplementmitigationstrategies.
Documentfindings,lessonslearned,andbestpracticestoenhancefuturedisasterrecoveryexercises.
Monitorprogressandreportondisasterrecoveryexerciseresults,ensuringfollow-upitemsaretrackedtoclosure.

RequiredSkillsandExperience:

Provenexperienceindisasterrecoverytesting.
Familiaritywithautomationtoolsandtheirexecutioninrecoveryprocesses.
Competenceinreviewingandverifyingtestevidence.
KnowledgeofIBMz,IBMi,anddistributedplatforms.
Strongcommunicationskills,enablingeffectiveinteractionwithtechnicalteamsandapplication/businessstakeholders.

DesirableSkillsandExperience:

Experiencewiththird-partycloudserviceproviders.
UnderstandingofITILtestingmethodologies.
