Elevation IT are currently seeking an IT Support professional with a strong background in Azure AD, Office 365, Cyber Security and ITIL to support one of our clients on a short-term contract. This hybrid role requires you to be on-site in Sheffield for 3-4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Manage and support Azure AD and Office 365 environments
- Address cyber security issues and implement best practices
- Work within the ITIL framework to ensure service delivery and incident management
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Azure AD, Office 365, Cyber Security, and ITIL
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to start immediately and work on-site 3-4 days a week in Sheffield
