Key Responsibilities -

* Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems* Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner* Working closely with the IT Manager across Service Desk and Project Support

Skills Required -

* Previous experience within an IT Support setting* Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365* Familiarisation with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues* Providing excellent customer service, whether remote or face-to-face
