Responsibilities:

Support, maintain, improve and upgrade the desktop imaging process.
Troubleshoot reported incidents adhering to internal SLAs using the ticketing system.
Follow documented procedures to handle open tickets and monitor queues.
Apply knowledge to identify issues and internal problems.
Collaborate with internal departments.
Install and troubleshoot bespoke and third-party applications.


Experience:
At least 18 months in a similar role desirable.
Knowledge of ticketing systems.
Active Directory
Office 365
MDT/Intune/SCCM
VoIP
