- Conduct pre-installation site surveys.
- Install and commission on-premises and cloud telephone systems.
- Install structured cabling.
- Provide end-user training on phone system operations.
- Assist the service desk with customer fault resolutions.
- Perform field installations of additional or upgraded equipment.
- Collaborate with other key departments on various projects as needed.
- At least 1-year experience in telephone system installation and maintenance
- Experience with working with IP Networking, Switches, Routers and SIP Trunks
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi Technologies
- Must hold a UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the UK
- Ability to manage the onsite installation of telephone systems, both on-premises and cloud systems.
