Job Role – Engineering Team Leader

£50,000 + OTE of £53,000 + 9% Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Onsite Canteen + Discounted Gym and Many More Benefits!

Location – Sheffield

Shifts – Mon – Fri Morning and Afters, 6:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 10:00

The Company

An opportunity has arisen for an engineering team leader to join an amazing manufacturing company in South Yorkshire! As a maintenance team leader, you will have to chance to make this role your own and implement your own ideas while working for a company who have a massive CAPEX budget!

The Role

As an engineering team leader, your main responsibilities include:

• 50/50% Hybrid role involving managing a team while also working on the tools when required
• Training and developing a team of engineers
• Scheduling PPMs
• Identifying missing parts
• Fault finding both mechanically and electrically

Requirements

A successful engineering team leader will have:

• An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering
• Great communication and leadership skills
• A Hands on multi – skilled background
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
