will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of market leading solutions, and be able to work with engineering teams for commissioning and optimising controls.

The Automation Engineer / Control System Engineer / PLC Programmer role:
- Setting up and programming PLCs to provide product support
- Supporting electrical products and specific customer applications
- Performing fault investigations
- Design and deliver training courses.
- Create operation manuals and technical guides.
- Carry out investigations and tests of the company's products.
The Automation Engineer / Control System Engineer / PLC Programmer requirements:
- Strong electrical background and knowledge
- Educated to a degree level or HND or have an equivalent of engineering qualifications.
- A good understanding of control system design and implementation principles.
- Experience working with PLCs, SCADA and other control equipment
- PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) and other control strategies
- Ladder or Structured Text programming language.
- Modular control systems
- Must be commutable to Sheffield and travel UK wide.
