They understand that they have a responsibility to run their organisation in a fair and ethical manner.Duties of the Assembly Operative role include:* Assembly of computer equipment correctly in a timely manner. * Storage of products and completed units.* Packing of completed units, making sure they have been packaged in line with the company's policy. * General upkeep of the working area and premises to aid with the smooth running of the working area.* Upskilling and continuous learning when required. * Carrying out high levels of attention to detail. * Demonstrate the ability to work to specifications.Criteria for the role of Assembly Operative:* Previous experience working in a fast-paced Assembly/Packing environment.* Accuracy in all tasks and measurements, and a high calibre of pride in work.* Be able to look after and care for any company tooling and equipment used.* Effective communication and positive relations with employees at all levels within the organisation.* Be competent at working alone or as part of a team.* Confidentiality regarding all processes, data and information contained and discussed in the department.* Be aware of Health and Safety procedures and practices.Full and ongoing training is provided for this role.Benefits
