Your role will be pivotal in identifying client needs, providing tailored quotes, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

Leading, mentoring, and motivating the Sheffield team, helping to foster a positive and high-performing environment.
Promoting the branch through networking and events, enhancing its profile and reputation.
Handling client queries and resolving complaints to maintain strong customer relationships.
