We are working closely with a TPA who are urgently looking to recruit Senior Pensions Data Technicians, working in GMP, Data or Scheme Events remote working, salary c45k.
What you’ll be doing:
- To lead on the delivery of assigned projects and scheme events.
- To promote the provision of a first class experience for customers and to share knowledge and expertise with other team members.
- Performs data processes, including the following:
o Running and specifying data extracts from the administration system including bespoke reports.
o Transforming extracted data or data received into the required format and structure
o Performing and specifying data uploads to the administration system
o Building Mail Merge letters
o Performing bulk calculations in Excel
o Building and enhancing Excel templates and macros for regular jobs
- Providing project updates and time scales to Scheme Events Leads, Project Managers and Scheme Event Manager.
- Identifies opportunistic income work and provides cost estimates to the client and commercial teams.
- Acts as an Subject Matter Expert for large internal change and client projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of DB and/or DC schemes
- Pension administration and work management systems
- Accuracy, attention to detail and quality management
- Excel - Demonstrate the ability to use filters, sorting, pivot tables (rows, columns, grouping, filters and totalling).
- Excel - Can use formulas including lookups, IF and nested IF statements, date calculations and formatting of cells to specific guidelines.
- Excel - Can import data/text files and use data validation
- Project Management Skills
- A Level Maths or Degree with maths element or Work experience involving complex data analysis
