General Overview: Elevation Recruitment Group’s – Marketing Division are pleased to be working with a SaaS business to recruit a dynamic Social Media & PR Manager. The Social Media & PR Manager will lead the social media strategy with a focus on growth, engagement, and demand generation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll drive community engagement and collaborate with sales to amplify our brand and create meaningful connections.Responsibilities:

  • Craft, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to support growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
  • Drive social campaigns that generate interest, engage our audience, and encourage conversions aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Actively engage and grow our online community, including responding to queries, driving discussions, and nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and curate high-quality, on-brand social content that resonates with our audience.
  • Establish, track, and analyse social media KPIs, providing insights to improve performance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales, content, and customer success to align social initiatives with business priorities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and evolving practices, leveraging insights to keep our brand’s social presence fresh, relevant, and ahead of competitors.
  • Guide and develop the Marketing Executive, building a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Manage, facilitate and oversee UK and International event coordination and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Media Management, Marketing or equivalent subject.
  • Proven social media management experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS, with a record of driving growth and engagement.
  • Previous team management experience with a passion for developing talent.
  • A creative thinker who uses data to refine strategies and drive results.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with sales teams to align social media with business goals.
