We’re looking for:

  • Senior Investment Executive

  • Investment Executive

  • Assistant Investment Executive

Our Senior and Investment Executives are responsible for sourcing, appraising a wide range of investment opportunities, and making loan and mezzanine investments into SMEs. As our Assistant Investment Executive, you’ll contribute to the team’s target by identifying opportunities for funding and carrying out financial analysis, creating streamlined credit reports for management.

Working in a regulated environment is key to these roles, as you ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. You don’t have to have years of experience in investing or lending; you don’t need to know our world inside out. Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of making investments and be able to demonstrate the ability to assess cashflow assumptions and risks, as you appraise relevant proposals. You’ll be analytical in your approach and able to weigh up the investment opportunities and risks, conducting detailed due diligence that minimises risks to the Group.

Whether you have financial analysis experience or are at the start of your career, you’ll be ready to embark on a rewarding career, with full support and guidance to learn new skills and gain an understanding of risk assessment and investment processes or build upon your current knowledge.
