Senior Recruitment Business Partner - Talent Redeployment Specialist

As a trusted talent advisor, you will:

  • Drive a proactive redeployment strategy, ensuring employees are retained and matched with suitable roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to identify opportunities for talent redeployment across the business.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to align redeployment efforts with organisational priorities.
  • Work closely with candidates to craft compelling CVs that highlight their skills and achievements.
  • Provide expert coaching to prepare individuals for internal interviews, helping them confidently showcase their potential.
