Position: Paint Sprayer (Airless Spray Gun)
Location:Sheffield, S9
Hourly Rate:13 - 15 per hour, based on experience
Contract Type:Temporary to permanent
Shift:Days (Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00)
Start Date:Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation:Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking and other necessary steps post-shot blasting to ensure a smooth finish.
- Spray Painting:Expertly apply both single and 2Pack paints, including intumescent (fire protection) paints, using an airless spray gun.
- Finish Quality:Achieve excellent surface finishes and paint thicknesses as required by specifications.
- Multi-Coat Systems:Apply multi-coat systems adhering to Gas & Oil industry specifications.
Requirements
- Experience:Minimum of two years of experience in spray painting using an airless spray gun.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in preparing surfaces for painting and applying various types of paint.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to obtain precise surface finishes and maintain required paint thicknesses.
- Industry Standards:Familiarity with applying multi-coat systems and adhering to Gas & Oil specifications.
