About the Role:We are partnering with a well-respected planning consultancy based in Sheffield, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Town Planner to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert planning advice to clients on a range of development projects.
  • Preparing planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents.

About You:

  • You will have a degree in Town Planning or a related discipline and be a Full Member of the RTPI (or eligible to achieve this).
  • Proven experience in town planning, ideally within the private sector.
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience working on development projects in both urban and rural settings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
