Our client is seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their established award winning multi-disciplinary Architectural practice based in Sheffield. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team on large scale projects within the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Student accommodation and Retail sectors. Our clients current projects are more focuses in the Leisure sector and contract values are between £5m - £10m.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Architectural Technologist, to join an employee focussed company who offer fantastic career progression opportunities. The most successful Architectural Technologist should have a good knowledge of Revit.



Architectural Technologist Job Overview

  • Occasional site visits
  • Develop designs into working drawings
  • Coordinate tender and construction design packages
  • Submission of planning / building regs
  • Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
  • Produce Technical details
  • Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required to do so
  • Work as part of a team small design/technical team


Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

  • Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Motivated individual
  • Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
  • 2+ years relevant Architectural experience
  • Good technical standard
