Landscape Architect - Sheffield

An established and well-respected environmental planning and design consultancy is looking for a talented Landscape Architect to join its dynamic team based in Sheffield. Known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality landscape and environmental solutions across a wide range of projects, the team prides itself on a collaborative and creative approach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for landscape design, green infrastructure, and sustainable placemaking. The successful candidate will contribute to a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, and public realm projects, working closely with planners, ecologists, and urban designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare plans, visual material, and graphic presentations.
  • Work on projects from inception through to completion.
  • Undertake site surveys and analysis work.
  • Prepare reports and other supplementary information to support design work.
  • Develop landscape management plans.
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in landscape planning and design.
  • Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute or on the pathway to membership.
  • Experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA).
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks is preferable.
  • Knowledge of climate change-responsive landscape planning.
  • A driving license is beneficial but not essential.
