Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commerical Property Lawyer to join our prestigious law firm. As a Commercial Property Lawyer at our firm, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential and commercial matters, ensuring individual targets and business KPIs are met. You will have the opportunity to work in a modern, technology-driven environment with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential and commercial sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Ensure all activities are completed within deadlines and in line with set KPIs and SLAs
  • Meet individual targets and objectives, including a target number of completions per month
  • Attend training sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings
  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and professional organizations via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • Update all panel members and stakeholders within the business
  • Utilize the in-house bespoke case management system in accordance with firm protocols
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to clients at all times
  • Carry out other functions or tasks as required by the Senior Conveyancing Manager or other members of the firm’s Senior Management Team
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a conveyancing fee earner role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven track record in achieving individual targets and business KPIs
  • Ability to work using own initiative
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Proficiency in IT, case management systems, and online conveyancing tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge and compliance with anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements, and SRA compliance obligations
Day-to-day
