Corporate and Commercial Solicitor – Sheffield
A leading law firm in Sheffield is seeking a skilled Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 1-3 years of experience in a reputable law firm to take the next step in their career.
This position offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements
- Advising on terms and conditions for goods and services
- Providing guidance on data protection and privacy laws
- Handling mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions
- Advising on financing, loan documentation and corporate structures
- Drafting and negotiating partnership and LLP agreements
- Collaborating closely with clients to provide commercially sound legal solutions
- Contributing to business development and marketing to strengthen the firm's profile
The firm is looking for a Solicitor who can manage their own caseload while working collaboratively within a high-performing team. Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to build client relationships are essential.
