EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR 5+ YEARS PQE, SHEFFIELD, UP TO C£75,000 - Legal 500 firm seeking experienced Employment Solicitor to take on key role within the team. JOB REF: 9481• The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to take responsibility for a varied caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.• You can expect to be advising both employer and employee clients.• Your role will also involve representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, providing strategic HR and employment advice, and conducting negotiations and mediations.• The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in employment law, handling both respondent and claimant work and ideally some experience in supervising junior colleagues.• You will have a proven track record in handling complex matters for clients, offering exceptional levels of client service.• For senior Solicitors with requisite experience, there is the opportunity to take on the role of Head of Department.• To apply contact Melanie Daly at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
