You will work alongside an experienced Senior Director, managing a diverse and challenging caseload in civil litigation. Your duties will include handling a variety of cases, such as boundary and land disputes, professional negligence, property damage claims, debt recovery, and contract disputes.Key responsibilities include:Managing a range of civil litigation matters, providing expert advice and guidance to clients. Conducting in-depth case reviews, particularly for complex disputes, liability issues, rejected settlement proposals, and ongoing investigations. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth case progression.
