Our client, an innovative law firm based in Haywards Heath, has grown expotentially since it became an SRA regulated firm in 2019. They are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their expanding team to convert the referalls they are receiving.

The Role:
- You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
- While the firm has a strong pipeline of work coming through referrals, you will also be expected to engage in business development and networking to help generate new work for the department.
- The role offers a blend of secure employment and entrepreneurial opportunity, with a bonus scheme that rewards you with 15% of anything you bill.
Key Requirements:
- A qualified Private Client Lawyer with 3+ years of PQE.
- Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
- A willingness to participate in business development, networking, and generating new clients.
- The firm is open to candidates who prefer to work on a fully remote basis.
