This Private Client Solicitor role is with a well-established, reputable firm of specialist Solicitors that represents clients all over the UK. It has a fantastic agile working scheme so you would be able to work remotely for a proportion of the time, giving you a great work life balance. This being said, you would be required in the office too, so the role is considered Hybrid.
The firm is looking for someone with ideally 5/6 years’ experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
As the successful Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with all aspects of the administration of estates, including collating information on assets and liabilities, preparing applications for grants of representation, preparing inheritance tax accounts and drafting estate accounts
- Advising trustees and dealing with trust administration, including tax related aspects
- Aiding the Trust Administration Team regarding advice and preparation of key documents to do with the running of trusts and providing specific support and advice to fee earners within that team regarding the running will and lifetime trusts
