We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Private Client team.

My client is a multi-accredited firm, which has been established in Sheffield for more than 200 years. As one of the leading practices in the region, the firm has built an enviable reputation for forging successful professional relationships and providing exceptional client care.

In this role, the successful candidate will deal with Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and have experience of Trust Administration and Tax Returns matters.

The role would be suitable for a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.

Other essential criteria includes:

  • Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of all Wills and Probate matters
  • Good experience and knowledge of Trust Administration
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including word and outlook
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Expert drafting skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to summarise and present complex information in a clear and accessible way
  • Innate ability to work methodically and accurately with an excellent attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
