Description
The Real Estate Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
- Handling a wide range of commercial property matters including investment, asset management and development work.
- Preparing and reviewing property documents and contracts
- Supporting clients across a range of sectors including retail, leisure and student accommodation.
- Contributing to the firm's business development initiatives
Profile
The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:
- Likely to be around 2-8 years PQE
- Strong academics
- A background in Property and investment or development experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Excellent client management skills
