An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor (or Solicitor up to 2PQE) to join highly regarded and expanding Real Estate team based in Sheffield. This is a chance to build your career with a top tier national firm known for its collaborative culture, high profile clients, and complex, quality work.  The role:You'll be involved in a broad range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you'll get hands-on experience from day one and the chance to work with major national clients, including household names, developers and investors.  Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting senior team members of complex transactions
  • managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • contributing to business development and client care initiatives
  You:
  • a newly qualified solicitor (or up to 2PQE), ideally with a seat in real estate during your training contract
  • strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • excellent communication and client relationship skills
