You'll ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and meeting key business objectives.Key Responsibilities:* Caseload Management: Handle a varied portfolio of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion. * Client Communication: Provide exceptional service through telephone, email, and in-person interactions. * Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with solicitors, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication throughout the transaction process. * Performance Targets: Meet individual KPIs and SLAs, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and in line with business objectives. * Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including AML legislation, CQS standards, and SRA compliance obligations. * Technology Utilisation: Use the in-house bespoke case management system to manage files effectively and maintain accurate records. * Training & Development: Participate in dedicated training sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings. * Leadership: Act as a role model for best practices in file management, communication, and client care. What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you'll bring: * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a conveyancing fee earner role (all levels considered, including more senior candidates). * Client Service Skills: Strong communication and client care abilities. * Technical Proficiency: Experience using MS Office, case management systems, the Land Registry Portal, and online SDLT submissions. * Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in file management and compliance. * Organisational Ability: Ability to manage multiple transactions effectively while working to deadlines. * Process-Driven Mindset: A proactive and structured approach to conveyancing, with a focus on risk management and efficiency.
