Key Responsibilities:* Caseload Management: Efficiently handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. * Specialisation in New Builds: Provide expert guidance and support on new build and developer transactions. * Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless conveyancing experience. * Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including title checks, searches, and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. * Advisory Role: Offer expert advice and support to clients, addressing any queries or concerns during the conveyancing process. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to client service.
