Our client is looking for a Solicitor.
Basic salary offering £28000 to £45000 DOE with a monthly bonus schemeMonday to Friday 37.5 per week and will be based in the office
Role Must be able to manage a defended caseload via a case management systemPursue defended claims via small claimsReview high value or complex pre legal debt to access suitabilityAdvise and liaise with clients on legal matters, prospects for successful recovery and assist with disputes Work with courts and enforcement officers Insolvency action and bankruptcyAdditional duties if required
Key skills -
Law degree and previous practice experience of legal collectionProven and previous experience running a defended case load on small claims preferred Excellent IT skills Ability to work to targets Problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communicator
