Their technological expertise means they can deal with clients locally or at a distance whilst still providing that ever important human touch.If successful, you will perform the following role as Conveyancing Administration Assistant:* Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings as part of the Client Facing Legal Assistant Team. * Liaise with and provide updates to other solicitors, estate agents, and various professional organisations. * Set up client files within our case management system. * Produce initial client documentation, such as authority to act, questionnaires, protocol documents, etc., and check these upon their return. * Conduct due diligence for solicitors and clients. * Ensure documents are returned by clients and work providers, following up as necessary to progress transactions. * Log and complete tasks within the case management system. * Perform general administrative tasks.
