THE ROLE In this role, you will work closely with the Residential Conveyancing team, providing vital support to Conveyancers in managing property transactions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist fee-earners in managing a varied caseload of property transactions from start to finish.
  • Prepare and issue initial documentation to clients in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders at every stage of the transaction.
  • Conduct property searches and assist with client on boarding.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management.
  • Monitor the progress of cases and proactively follow up to ensure files are moving forward as required.
  • Ensure all files meet regulatory compliance standards.
  • Deliver excellent service to clients by providing regular updates and keeping them informed throughout the process.
This role is offered on a Hybrid basis, based at my clients office in Sheffield.  What you'll bring

  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work well under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • IT literate, with experience using relevant software.
