- Assist fee-earners in managing a varied caseload of property transactions from start to finish.
- Prepare and issue initial documentation to clients in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders at every stage of the transaction.
- Conduct property searches and assist with client on boarding.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management.
- Monitor the progress of cases and proactively follow up to ensure files are moving forward as required.
- Ensure all files meet regulatory compliance standards.
- Deliver excellent service to clients by providing regular updates and keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work well under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- IT literate, with experience using relevant software.
