Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a market-leading organisation who are looking for a Team Leader to join their estate planning team on a permanent basis.

The successful Legal Administration Team Leader will be joining at a time of exponential growth within the organisation.

The Team Leader will manage a team of administrators to deliver high standards of service and support to legal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate will be able to attend the office in Sheffieldfive days a week, working closely with colleagues across the business.

As a Legal Administration Team Leader, your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Responsibility for the delivery of operational work, leading your team to provide an excellent service and meet set SLAs

  • Prioritising your own and the team's workload

  • Providing training to develop the team and support on recruitment

  • Preparing management reports on team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

The successful Team Leader will have:

  • Experience as a legal administrator or previous team leader experience in a professional services industry
  • The ability to inclusively lead, support, develop and engage a diverse team to deliver on service levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and experience in handling large volumes of paperwork and inbound calls
