With offices in Sheffield and London, their team is dynamic, collaborative, and driven by a shared mission to deliver impactful results.The Role:We are looking for a Paralegal with a focus on Commercial Contracts and some Compliance work to join the Legal & Compliance Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment, with a focus on non-contentious legal and compliance tasks. The role will initially support a Dutch-based transfer project for a 3-month period, before transitioning into a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) to cover maternity There is potential for the role to evolve into a permanent position as the team continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of commercial contracts across various sectors, particularly in the renewable energy industry. Support the Legal & Compliance team with a variety of compliance-related tasks. Collaborate with the team on ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Manage legal documentation and ensure accuracy in record-keeping. Provide general administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team.About You:We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in corporate/commercial contracts. Experience in a legal or compliance setting is essential, and a solid understanding of commercial law will be key to your success in this role.Essential Skills & Experience:A background in Corporate/Commercial Contract law. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
