Applications welcome from any level of qualification however an interest in and understanding of corporate restructuring and insolvency would be an advantage. ---The RoleThe Contentious Restructuring & Insolvency team have a wide area of expertise, focusing on litigation relating to insolvency matters, including advising insolvency practitioners, debtors and creditors on all matters arising in relation to personal and corporate insolvency.As a Paralegal you'll work to support leading solicitors and experts on interesting and diverse cases. You'll be expected to provide assistance with regard to the team's clients and caseloads, including dealing with new client enquiries, drafting documents, conducting legal research, speaking with clients, experts, counsel and supporting the team's business development activities.
